Coffee
Like many people around the world, I drink
coffee regularly.
So you want to buy me a coffee? Ordinarily, I would
give you
my Ko-fi details.
But these times - especially since the pandemic began
in the year 2020 - have been difficult for so many other people.
So I would like to invite you to give to
other people instead:
- Pro Bono SG
provides legal advice to underprivileged communities in Singapore, members
of which typically cannot afford a lawyer's services. examples of such
comminities: migrant workers, and
non-profit organisations.
- Veterans International Cambodia makes and distributes
wheelchairs to people who suffer from amputations, or loss of limbs,
after a landmine has exploded near them. (The landmines
were laid in the ground during military conflicts, decades ago. These
landmines are nicknamed "steel
soldiers" - they still remain lethal, without requiring sleep or food to sustain them).
